Together with his own successful AbStacking eating designs, training routines & permanent lifestyle changes, Ben has transformed not only his body but also his life. They has won numerous Fitness Model awards including 1st place in Model Australia & 2nd place in the physique section at the Musclemania Australia Championships 2013, Ben also won the ANB Fitness Model Title, Overall Men�s Champion Title & the coveted honor of Overall Winner of the event in 2013 at the Australian Natural Bodybuilding Asia Pacific Championships.

Ben has also appeared on the covers of three of Australia�s largest Fitness Magazines, the �Australian Natural Bodz Magazine�, �Australian Iron Man� Journal & �Men�s Muscle Health�. Ben has also been the subject in a considerable number of feature articles in publications from Australian Newspapers to the Australian Fitness First journal including an amazing 7 page article in Natural Bods Journal all in 2013.

In 2014 Ben has again won 1st place at the ANB Asia Pacific Championships, they also took out 1st place in his division, 1st place overall & was then awarded a pro card for Physique at the recent Musclemania Australia Championships. Ben is now in prep for the Musclemania Worlds in Vegas late November.
